ONE STRUCTURED WORKFLOW

From dimensions to documentation. ↗
Less time reconstructing the request. More context for the engineering decision.

THE WORK BEFORE THE QUOTATION

A custom load pin starts with questions.
Make the answers easier to collect.

Dimensions, load, output, cable routing, environment and documentation requirements often arrive across drawings, messages and follow-up calls.

Load Cell Designer brings those inputs into one guided request and adds a preliminary assessment, giving your team a clearer starting point for feasibility and quotation.

A WORKFLOW YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN FOLLOW

Configure. Assess. Review.

A simple customer journey, with the engineering detail delivered to your team.

01

Capture the application

A four-step configurator collects dimensions, performance, options and contact details, supported by reference drawings and a 3D preview.

02

Run preliminary screening

The calculation evaluates the design against the model’s criteria. It reports preapproval or explains why changes or technical review are needed.

03

Receive the review package

The request and available technical documents arrive by email. Preapproved designs also give the customer an integration STEP for their assembly.

TWO ROLES. THE RIGHT LEVEL OF DETAIL.

A useful response for the customer.
A technical package for your team.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

A clear next step.

  • Guided configuration and interactive 3D preview
  • Screening outcome and result email
  • Integration STEP for preapproved designs
  • Public geometry without strain gauge pockets

YOUR ENGINEERING TEAM

The context to review.

  • Structured application and requirements
  • Detailed STEP for preapproved designs
  • Engineering or diagnostic report when available
  • Calculation record and customer attachments

Final feasibility, manufacturability and quotation remain with your team.

BEFORE YOU START

Engineering questions. Clear answers.

Does preapproval mean the pin is ready for manufacture?

Preapproval is preliminary linear-elastic screening. Your team must complete contact, fatigue, tolerance, manufacturability and certification checks before manufacturing.

What if no design is preapproved?

The platform presents available reasons and diagnostics for review. An inconclusive result does not establish that the pin cannot be manufactured.

Who receives demonstration emails?

The address verified during setup receives both engineering packages and customer receipt examples. Requests are not routed to the production inbox.

What happens after twelve hours?

Access, downloads and new delivery attempts stop. Demo records are purged on the next scheduled cleanup, normally within one minute. Received emails and provider retention are outside that purge. Read the privacy notice.
