Purpose and data

Your company name personalizes the demonstration. Your verified email is used exclusively for verification, demonstration requests and results, including examples of both email roles. It is not added to a marketing list.

Marc & Structures verifies your invited email using a one-time code. The application stores a hash of the email account identifier, company name, verified email, expiry and calculation states/results. Form data and attachments are processed to calculate and generate demonstration emails. Use fictitious customer details and sample files.

The twelve-hour window

The window starts when you verify your email. Unverified setup expires after ten minutes. Reopening the browser, signing in again or verifying again does not extend an active session.

At expiry, the application denies access to results and downloads, rejects calculations and blocks new email delivery attempts. Session and result records are deleted on the next scheduled cleanup, normally within one minute. Temporary calculation files are removed after execution. Demo results are not retained in the production technical learning database.

Deletion exceptions

Emails and attachments already delivered remain in the recipient’s mailbox. We cannot delete them remotely. Cloudflare, Google Cloud, Supabase and Resend may retain security records, delivery metadata or infrastructure recovery copies under their service settings. These are outside the application purge. Provider retention must be assessed before live activation. We do not promise deletion of every provider-held copy at exactly twelve hours.

Services and browser storage

Cloudflare provides hosting; Google Cloud runs calculations and the job queue; Supabase stores temporary sessions and results; Resend delivers emails. An essential Secure, HttpOnly session cookie binds your account to the demo. The browser stores its active calculation identifier in session storage and clears it when the page detects expiry. Verification challenges, attempt counters and salted IP hashes are retained for up to 24 hours to prevent repeated code requests, then removed by scheduled cleanup. Codes expire after ten minutes; five attempts are allowed. No marketing analytics are included.

Engineering scope

Preliminary linear-elastic screening. Final contact, fatigue, tolerance, manufacturing and certification checks remain with the reviewing engineering team.
